Is OurDream AI safe and legit? Operator, privacy, age checks and lookalikes

OurDream AI is a legitimate service run by Dream Studio USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with published terms, layered moderation and third-party age checks that return only a pass or fail. Treat chats as non-private: its privacy policy allows AI training on your content, and outside AI providers process messages. Use only ourdream.ai or ourdream.io.

Dream Studio USA, Inc. runs OurDream AI, according to its terms of service, last modified August 26, 2026. Some policies also name Dream Studio LLC and Tektopia Ltd as part of “Dream Studio”.

How does OurDream AI verify age?

Everyone confirms they are 18 or older at an age gate, and in places where the law requires more, such as the UK and Australia, users must pass a check with an independent provider, Go.cam or AgeVerif. Methods can include a face-based age estimate, a live selfie, a government ID or a credit card check. OurDream says it receives only a pass or fail result and doesn’t keep ID images, face images or liveness videos.

What does OurDream AI allow and block?

OurDream allows adult roleplay and adult images and video for verified adults. Its Trust and Safety site lists hard limits:

  • No content depicting minors.
  • No characters based on real people, including celebrities and private individuals.
  • No deepfakes, and reference photo uploads are blocked.

Moderation is layered: prompts are classified before generation, outputs are checked separately, unusual behavior raises review priority, and human reviewers handle flagged cases and appeals. The help center admits the filter can flag safe content and says it is kept strict partly to satisfy payment providers. OurDream’s own Candy AI comparison page calls the service filter-free, which conflicts with those moderation pages.

What does OurDream AI do with your data?

OurDream stores your chats and creations and may use them to improve its AI. From the privacy policy and privacy summary, read October 18, 2026:

Is OurDream AI safe to pay for?

Card payments go through processors, and charges appear as “Dream Studio” on statements, according to OurDream’s purchase screen. Refunds are limited: nothing on a product more than 25% used, crypto payments are final, and filing a chargeback without contacting support first can get your account suspended. Canceling stops renewals but blurs your generated media until you subscribe again.

Which OurDream AI lookalike sites should you avoid?

Only ourdream.ai and ourdream.io are named in the official terms. These lookalikes are not run by OurDream:

  1. Avoid our-dreamai.com, ourdream-ai.uk and our-dream-ai.me, which redirect to a third-party review site.
  2. Avoid ourdream.it.com, which promotes an unofficial “app” download.
  3. Ignore any “OurDream AI” app in the App Store or Google Play; the help center says there is no native app.
  4. Check that affiliate offers come from ourdreamaiaffiliate.com, which OurDream says is its only affiliate program site.

What does Trustpilot say about OurDream AI?

Nothing usable. On October 18, 2026, Trustpilot showed the ourdream.ai profile as removed for breaching its guidelines, with no score. A separate listing for the lookalike ourdream-ai.uk has 10 mixed reviews and a notice that the site has closed; it isn’t the official service. We found no reported breaches, regulatory actions or lawsuits involving OurDream or Dream Studio USA, Inc.
